November 2020 Newsletter

Hi  all

We hope this finds you and your family well. Firstly, thank you so much to all those who contributed to the ‘Send A Letter Campaign’, the feedback has been amazing – we are continuing this with a ‘Send A Christmas Card Campaign’ – details in the newsletter.

We wish to write to you on behalf of our residents to thank all your volunteers for their wonderful letters. Our residents would love to be able to respond individually however they are unable at this stage of their lives.
It means a lot to all of us that so many people have taken time to remember us here in nursing homes as it has been very difficult for residents not being with their families.

Thank you again and many of our residents have said they will keep you all in their prayers.

We would like to thank all the volunteers, at the Volunteer Centre, for the lovely cards that were sent to our residents. The residents loved the cards and were happy that people spent the time to write to them, during these difficult times.

We have some exciting new roles, many of can be done safely from home.  We have moved back to working remotely and are not doing face to face appointments yet, but we are at the end of the phone and email. Just a reminder that the Clare Covid Helpline is still operating 7 days a week and can be contacted at 1800 203 600
